One of the worst KFC experiences I’ve had! Today, we decided to order through DoorDash, and what a mistake that turned out to be! Not only were the food items disgracefully marked up compared to the prices on the restaurant’s in-store menu, but once you add the extra fees and tip, the total bill came to a staggering $133.09. You’d at least expect the order to be complete for that sort of money, wouldn’t you? Apparently not! On delivery, we discovered that two portions of fries and two cans of Pepsi were missing. Does anyone at this restaurant actually check the orders before handing them over to the delivery driver? It’s not exactly rocket science to make sure everything ordered and paid for is actually in the bag! Between the inflated prices, additional charges and missing items, this was a thoroughly disappointing experience. This KFC has to be one of the worst I’ve ever visited. For $133.09, I expect a lot better than paying for food and drinks that never even arrive. Absolutely shocking.
