  Terrific all around!! Accommodating and friendly staffs. The best chicken in town. We eat here every now and then and they never fail to amaze me. Had a good time every visit. Loved the ambience of the store last time I came. Saw that they are under renovation now and excited for their new looking store. Will definitely visit again once they open the dining. Also loved their zinger drip limited time edition sandwich. I always try their new products cause they are amazing and delicious.

  Rude. They don't listen. Don't say hello. Just 0 customer service. They didn't add something to my order when I asked, just pushed me through, didn't add it. When I went to try and get it, they handed me my receipt and left the window. Couldn't even give me the chance to order it. Need new staff apparently.

  I went on Sunday to get a bucket of chicken. I was told they only had dark meat. I said no thank you. I was told it would take 15 minutes for some white meat. So I waited 15 minutes got my bucket of chicken. I went home and guess what ??? All Dark Meat. It is very disappointing the poor service at the NB KFC.
