  Came in, store a bit filthy, asked for soup, not made until next week...why? Asked if they have coffee, the one said if I wanted coffee to go across to Tim Horton's....very unprofessional, and my company got offended by his attitude. Never again.

  The food is good and the restaurant is nice inside. The service was friendly, but I think the employees need a refresher course in hand hygiene. I was just there earlier today. The first guy was helping people two ahead of me in line and I didn't see his interactions with them. The second guy was helping the woman ahead of me in line. He had a pair of new disposable gloves on and was handling the bread and toppings. The woman ordered two sandwiches, one of which had meat that needed to be heated up in the microwaved. He took the meat from the cooler below where the toppings are. He opened the fridge with his gloves on. He then took the meat he needed and put it in the microwave, which he opened and started with his gloves on. He then went and packed up the first sandwich and then rang up the customer on the till, still wearing his gloves. He then went and opened the microwave again put the meat on the second sandwich and then packed it up. He touched a number of non-food things with his gloves on. The first guy ended up helping me. He put on new disposable gloves when he started with me. He was only touching the food and prep area stuff. I asked for onions on my sandwich, which they were out of out front. He disappeared into the back of the restaurant, with his gloves on, so who knows what he touched in the back. He came back a minute later with a big handful of onions. They weren't in a container or anything, just his hand. He put them in the container at the front and then put some on my sandwich. He at least took his gloves off to ring me up at the till.

  Bought 2 kids subs and one large sub. Not only did the vegetables look, questionable and soggy is it standard to microwave chicken? It really looked grey!! The dude was very skimpy with toppings 3 pickles on a large sub 4 tiny tomatoes with like a three finger gap between tomatoes barely enough cheese to cover my sub. Same on the kids subs, Next to no vegetables and one piece of cheese. Tiny line of sauce on all subs. Paid and left may not even eat

  Been coming here with my dad for 28 years and now it’s where I bring my kids for subs!! Same great place Thank you for all the great memories
