Very disappointing experience at KFC Moose Jaw tonight. We went through the drive-thru just 20 minutes ago, and the staff had to repeat our order several times because it seemed like the order wasn’t being taken properly. We were then asked to wait in the parking lot, only to receive the wrong order. We specifically asked to substitute the fries with something else because the person eating the meal doesn’t like fries. However, when we got home, they still gave us fries instead. There were also several mistakes with our order. We understand that mistakes can happen, but this was frustrating, especially after having to repeat the order and wait in the parking lot. Please improve the accuracy of the orders and communication between the staff.

I’ve been to this KFC location three times. My first visit was quite good, but the second visit started to feel inconsistent, and unfortunately, the third visit was the worst. After this experience, I don’t think KFC will remain one of my regular fast-food choices. The fried chicken was soggy instead of crispy, and several pieces had very dark blood around the bones, which was unpleasant while eating. The chicken breast was the opposite — dry, crumbly, and lacking moisture. Another issue was the cleanliness of the dining area. During my visit, a tray full of leftover food, used cups, wrappers, and garbage from previous customers was still sitting on the seat and had not been cleared away. Some tables also did not appear to be properly cleaned. This was disappointing because the restaurant itself is actually nicely designed and has a pleasant interior. I’m giving 3 stars because my first visit was good, so I know the food here can be better. But after three visits with the quality getting progressively worse, consistency, food preparation, and cleanliness definitely need improvement.
