  Waited 10 minutes for 2 zinger combo,n 4 piece meal, they told me it would be a 7 min wait which turned out too be 10 minutes, around 6 minutes in i had too drive 4 blocks real quick too drop a bill off too a customer, I left my friend in the parking lot too grab the food, once I got there I asked him how long until the food came out, he said I just got it, i dropped him off at home and brought my family the food and one zinger burger was hot the other one was old and rock hard around the edges, the 4 piece meal 2 pieces of chicken was as hard as a rock, I phoned too explain my problem and they said you drove off, i admitted i did but I was only gone for 4 mins and when I arrived my friend said it litterly just came out, they said they cooked everything fresh and I said "that is a lie" then I told them I do not who is running this place but it is always a hit and miss, popeyes is no better unfortunately so I guess it is back too making my own chicken at home with shake and bake... what a waste of 60 dollars... you can't call taking old chicken putting it back in the deep fryer freshly cooked chicken....

  Very Disappointing and Unacceptable Experience with KFC Moose Jaw I am extremely disappointed with KFC Moose Jaw, and this has become a repeated issue with orders placed through the KFC app. Today, I placed an order using a KFC Rewards exclusive deal for a 2-piece chicken combo. I specifically selected Extra Crispy chicken when placing my order. I arrived at the drive-thru approximately 20–30 minutes after placing the order. When I went to pick it up, I was told that making Extra Crispy Chicken would take time and that they did not have any marinated chicken available. Ultimately, I was given regular Original Recipe chicken and told that I could either accept it or get a refund. This is not how an online ordering system should work. I had already placed the order through the app and waited 20–30 minutes before arriving. If the restaurant needed additional time to prepare the selected chicken, that should have been handled as part of fulfilling the order. Instead, I was told after arriving that the item I had specifically selected was unavailable and that my choices were essentially to accept something different or get my money back. What makes this even more concerning is that this has happened to me repeatedly with KFC app orders, particularly when using promotional deals. When ordering regular menu items, the crispy/Extra Crispy options appear to be available. But when I order through a deal, the option I select repeatedly seems to become unavailable, and I end up being offered regular Original Recipe instead. This raises a serious question: Why is the option being shown as available in the app if the restaurant cannot actually fulfill it? And why does this seem to happen repeatedly when customers are using promotional deals? If Extra Crispy is unavailable, the app should clearly show that before allowing customers to select it and place an order. Customers should not have to arrive at the restaurant after placing an order and waiting for it, only to be told that the item they selected isn’t available. To me, this is misleading and unfair to customers. A promotional deal should not mean that customers receive whatever chicken happens to be available while the specific option they selected is not honored. I have ordered from KFC Moose Jaw many times, and experiencing this repeatedly has seriously affected my trust in ordering through the KFC app. This is not acceptable. KFC needs to look into how these promotional app orders are being handled and make sure that customers receive what they actually select and pay for.

  I had such a wonderful experience at KFC! The food was fresh, delicious, and served hot, but what really stood out was the excellent customer service. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made the visit enjoyable. A special thank you to Manager Pankaj, who was absolutely amazing! He was very friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure customers were happy. His positive attitude and great leadership really made a difference. Thank you, KFC, and especially Pankaj, for such a great experience! I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location. 🍗👍🏻

  Always consistent! The mash and gravy combined with the classic chicken is unbeatable . Moreover, Great customer service! The team was welcoming, quick, and handled a busy rush with ease.thnx must visit …. KFC is my go-to spot whenever I’m craving fresh, delicious fried chicken. Highly recommended!

  Very disappointing experience. I ordered through the KFC app because the Crispy Chicken was listed as available. When I arrived to pick up my order on drive-through, I was first told it would take about 40 minutes to cook. I said I was willing to wait. Then I was told they actually didn’t have any marinated chicken, so they couldn’t make it at all. If you don’t have the ingredients to make an item, it shouldn’t be listed as available in the app. It wasted my time and was very frustrating, especially after I was willing to wait. Please keep the app updated with what’s actually in stock so customers don’t order items that aren’t available. I hope this is addressed because it made for a very poor customer experience.
