  Had a really good experience at KFC Melfort today! We went there from Tisdale. The team work was excellent and the food was amazing. Special shoutout to the person who took our order — super nice and polite. Definitely coming back!

  We ordered 2pc chicken meal and it took us 15 minutes to be served. There’s also like 5 customers waiting inside. Though there’s no DT orders that time. One staff keeps on using phone as well instead of assisting other customers

  Extremely long wait. I was waiting behind other people for their orders. Understandable. But my coworker also ordered and his order was placed 5 minutes after me. He received his order first before me, which is not what the issues is, the issue is I assumed that my food was being made fresh, but when I received my chicken burger, it was not fresh, it was an old chicken piece, almost cold, and had so much mayo on it the wrap was covered in mayo. The popcorn chicken in the meal was also very like warm and the pieces were stale like. I don’t mind waiting, but if you have the food ready, you should have served it up. And at least do the order in the order it was taken. I was happy to wait though expecting freshly made stuff. Highly disappointed. Also didn’t have the Mac salad so they claimed, and didn’t give me my fountain drink cup. I was waiting for so long that I grabbed my food and left. And did t think about where my drink was until I was in my vehicle at which point I was too irritated to go back for it when it should have been part of handing me my food. I will never go there again. And I wish other would have an expectation of higher standards.

  I placed a phone order at 2:00 PM for an 18-piece bucket meal and 10 hot wings, and I clearly told the staff that I would be picking it up at 4:30 PM. I arrived about five minutes before my scheduled pickup time, expecting my order to be ready since it had been placed more than two hours in advance. Instead, I had to wait another 30 minutes before receiving my food. I'm disappointed because the whole point of ordering ahead is to save time and have the order ready for pickup. Unfortunately, this has happened more than once. I hope you can improve your pickup service so customers who order in advance don't have to wait such a long time.
