  The service is very slow. I waited for 10 minutes to get my meal. The restaurant needs to hire more staff.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience at KFC. The only Caucasian female employee working at the drive-thru (who refused to provide her name) was extremely hostile and unprofessional when we declined to pull ahead and wait for our order. I explained that the last time we were asked to wait at the front of the store, we ended up waiting over half an hour for our food. Because of that experience, I told her we preferred to wait at the window since we had already paid for our order. Instead of listening to our concerns, she repeatedly yelled, "You can't do that," over and over again. I then asked to speak with the manager, who identified himself as Josh. I explained our previous experience and the reason we did not want to pull ahead. Rather than addressing the employee's behavior, he stated that she had done nothing wrong. I understand that restaurants have procedures for managing drive-thru traffic, but there is no excuse for employees to yell at customers or treat them with disrespect. Customers should be able to voice concerns about previous service issues without being met with hostility. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling disrespected and unheard. I hope management takes customer service concerns more seriously in the future and ensures that employees treat customers in a professional and respectful manner.

  This place has the be the worst in Canada. The time is takes them to make an order is astonishing. 20-30 wait for a drive thru order. Always ask you to drive around and wait out front. Not sure how they are still in bunisess. Only have been 3 times since they open. Everytime the same experience. Will mot be back. 0 out of 5 stars. Do not recommend!

  Fryer down almost every time I come in. Ordered large meal and they wait until it's done to tell me they don't have gravy and it'll be 10 to 15 minutes longer. No offer of compensation for extra wait. I've tried this place several times and it keeps getting worse!
