I had a terrible experience at McDonald’s drive-thru last night. I went there just to grab a coffee, and the whole experience was completely disappointing from start to finish.
First of all, I had to sit at the drive-thru speaker for almost 3 minutes before anyone even responded. There were barely any cars there, so the wait made no sense. When the late-night employee finally answered, his attitude was rude and unprofessional. He sounded irritated the entire time, barely spoke clearly, and acted like taking my order was a burden.
After that, things got even worse at the pickup window. When I reached the window, the employee didn’t even hand me the coffee properly or say a single word. He literally just placed the coffee on the counter ledge, shut the window immediately, and walked away without any basic customer service or respect.
The entire interaction felt careless, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. Customers should not be treated like this, especially for something as simple as ordering a coffee. This was honestly one of the worst drive-thru experiences I’ve had.
