  Went through the drive thru and Katelyn took my order and told me to “pull forward” bc my sandwiches weren’t done when she came out with my food in hand she told me not to be aggressive towards the other customers referring to me flipping off the driver behind me bc I got honked at as she told me “to pull forward” not the side when I asked for her name she walked away and said she will give me a refund for the food already prepared in her hand. A gentleman came out and asked me to pull to the side and I did, when I walked inside she threw away my food as she entered the restaurant, refusing a pregnant woman service is insane. Please Store manager Michelle give her a write up bc I come to this Wendy’s all the time and as Katlyn seems to knows all her “returning costumers” clearly not! Worst customer service ever received from an entitled brat trying to give me a lecture bc she said “pull forward” not “pull to the side”

  This review is all for Sheila, who works at this location. I visited the evening of 12/30/25 and she was so kind and attentive, even though I was going through the drive thru! The location was out of the taco salad, but she kindly recommended the apple pecan. I’ve never had such great service in the drive thru of any restaurant. Once I got to the window, she was all smiles. This location is lucky to have her! I will be back just due to this amazing service.
