  Today while in the Drive-Thru of Lane 1 the girl was having intercom problems so I was forced to stay there and wait while Lane 2 take orders. Terrible customer service

  I understand prices can vary by franchise, but this location’s pricing is dramatically higher than other McDonald’s in Simi Valley. It honestly feels like blatant corporate greed. Fast food used to be an affordable option for families — this location seems to have forgotten that. Imagine while others are charging 6$ for a “extra value meal” they are charging almost $10. 56 percent markup from 6$ to 9.39$
