- NHNicholas Hill2 days ago1.0By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced at any McDonald's. I understand the pressure at lunch time but to stand there at the kiosk with my daughter who's 4 and after 5 minutes and after 2 "Uber transaction's" I get the notice from an employee who asked if I've been helped and when I responded no he decided to go back and then grab a meal for himself and not one person asked until after I was walking out the door. Terrible service. Would rate -5 if possible

- TJTroy JungeMar 7, 20261.0Officially the slowest McDonald's in Simi Valley. Their Service and Efficiency are terrible. You can be the 2nd person in line and you're still waiting in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes. I was there picking up an Uber delivery that had been placed 15 minutes prior. The order took so long that my customer removed my tip for delivery due to the excessive wait time which made my delivery over 15 minutes late. This happens every time I pickup an order from this location. The night shift workers move at DMV pace and then give you an attitude when you ask them why it's taking so long. Just dismissing you and saying you'll need to speak to a manager. I certainly will. It will be Corporate.
