  Sad Sunday :(( My wife and her friend went on their usual Sunday grocery shopping at Vons at 1855 Cochran St. In Simi Valley, CA. on Sunday Dec 7, while at the cashier they were attended by the store manager and were treated in a very rude and un-professional manner, he's lack of people skills ware so bad along with he's rude behavior, as he used retaliatory tactics in making them wait over 30 minutes for a price check. Shame on VONS supermarkets for allowing this kind of behavior specially coming from the store manager, This is not acceptable and only creates mistrust from customers, knowing that VONS staff discriminates against inoffensive woman and yet they spend over $250 in groceries as they were treated in a rude an hateful manner. VONS deserved a 0 rating on yelp. please be aware their senior staff is rude and will never shop there again, this ratting will remain and will continue to pop in until a formal apology or change is made towards their customer policy.

  Had a very positive experience today at Vons, at Cochran & Erringer in Simi Valley, California. It all started with Roman(Produce Associate), I was looking for whole watermelons that they normally, would have in a crate but it was gone. So, I asked Roman, and he said let me check in the back really quick, which means in most cases, stall for two minutes and come out and say there’s no more. But that didn’t happen he came out with two juicy ones! It was awesome. I appreciated that he went the extra mile to satisfy a customer’s request. And last but not least Robert(Cashier Clerk), saw that I was in a long line with approximately, 11 items, he tapped me on my shoulder and said I can help you out at self-Checkout. Most times I don’t bother with those machines because they seem to malfunction when I used them in the past, but not today. Robert, rang me up like a regular cashier and I was out of there in no time. I know that these two gentleman were doing their jobs, so I’m doing mine by saying thank you to Roman and Robert, for being professionals at Vons, in Simi Valley, Cochran and Erringer. This occurred at around 2:55-3:05pm on 10/14/2025. Mr. D. US. Navy Veteran ⚓️

  He sido cliente de Vons desde hace varios años y mi experiencia en general ha sido bastante buena. Lo que más valoro es la variedad de productos: encuentro desde lo básico del día a día hasta opciones más especializadas, como productos orgánicos, comidas preparadas y una sección de vinos bastante completa. También me gusta la frescura de sus frutas y verduras; rara vez me ha tocado llevarme algo en mal estado, y cuando pasó una vez, el personal resolvió el problema rápido y sin complicaciones. Otra ventaja que me ha resultado muy práctica es su programa de recompensas “Vons for U”. Al dar de alta la cuenta, empiezo a recibir cupones personalizados que realmente se adaptan a lo que suelo comprar. Con frecuencia termino ahorrando una cantidad considerable en mi carrito, especialmente en artículos de consumo regular como leche, huevos, pan o carnes. El servicio de compra en línea con recogida en tienda también me ha funcionado bien. Hacer el pedido desde el celular y solo pasar a que lo carguen al auto ahorra bastante tiempo. La entrega a domicilio es un plus, aunque debo admitir que no siempre es tan puntual como uno esperaría, sobre todo en horas pico. En cuanto a la atención, los empleados suelen ser amables y serviciales, ya sea en la caja o cuando uno necesita ayuda en algún pasillo. En comparación con otros supermercados de la zona, considero que Vons tiene un buen balance entre calidad, servicio y precios competitivos. En resumen, para mí Vons es una opción confiable y práctica, ideal para quienes buscamos variedad, frescura y la posibilidad de combinar compras en línea con la experiencia en tienda física.
