The first time was an app issue, they couldn't find my order, so they just gave up and refused to make my food, and didn't even ask if I wanted to order anything. Just walked away with my money. I tried to get their attention to order something else but they just completely ignored me... The second time I checked their hours on the McDonald's app which said the drive thru was open until midnight. I ordered and paid on the app and arrived at the drive thru, but when I arrived the drive thru and dining room were both closed, despite what the McDonalds app, and the sign on the window said. Once again, they just walked away with my money. It's just bad business, not to mention illegal, to just walk away with people's money. I never expect perfection from McDonald's, but paying, and then not getting my food is unacceptable.

The drink was incorrect, so when I said, "excuse me," she turned around and said, "what!" with a horrible attitude. The should have the unpleasant people work behind the scenes.
