  Workers are always in terrible moods no greeting, nothing. The guy uses (one pair of gloves to make the food touch the screen and money and then goes back to make the food) I’m not one to complain but it’s so crazy how bad this place is. No joke they try to make it this bad.

  Customer service was really bad, they didn’t even acknowledge us when we walked in or when we were sitting waiting for our food. Our online order wasn’t ready or even started until we walked in (there were no customers & they clearly weren’t busy with other things). The rice was undercooked, the steak was completely overcooked, tough, and black/burnt. If you’re really craving chipotle I would say go to the ones in TO, Moorpark, or Porter Ranch. Those have never let me down like the Simi ones have. It’s unfortunate because it would’ve been nice to have a good, reliable chipotle that was closer to home but I’d rather go to the other ones in different towns to get better quality. I know they just opened a bit ago but I’ve been to other places that have just opened, including other chipotles, and it’s never been this bad.

  Was pretty excited closer to my house than the one up by town center mall. walk in right now one person working food line, manager hiding in back people start coming in 15 deep nobody comes to assist all the metal tins of food are empty or half empty!!!!!!!!! Just no CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALLL!!!!! Food was cold never going back!

  Although they are fairly new . I can quite say there is bright potential. People just can’t seem to understand masterpieces aren’t built in a day. When I went there was nothing but exceptional service and great taste of food , which every chipotle should deliver but this one stood out to me the most as it is different .

  I thought, as a Grand Opening/or recent opening, you would think, all should be shown well, but no. When, I showed up, the first/last time, I ordered my food (tortilla), had to be dragged/slide across the counter & across the room, just to put the protein i wanted (unsanitary)/ very unusual, and it was not, provided/or ready in front, as like other meat(s). Food container(s), are almost empty, not being filled. 2 different type of meat, I've ordered, was very salty/ and not seasoned well, sorry but, (do they ever taste the food), before it goes in the containers? I wish, this would improve 😕.
