  Not sure why this Chipotle gives you less food for the same price as others. The customer service was pretty quiet, not really engaging, maybe they had a rough morning. The food tasted bland. I really like Chipotle, so I'll try other locations but not this one.

  So I ordered the Carne Asada three tacos. There’s like one piece of beef in each piece. There was no lettuce. There was tons of beans. There was no tomato salsa, and a Cheez-It on top. I got free guacamole for joining and they put it all over the tacos. The chips were good, but there was no salsa to go with it that I ordered. Maybe they’ll get better but don’t rush over there just yet.

  Apparently everyone feels the same as myself. I frequently visit this location but will now be visiting the New Location off Tapo Cyn rd in Simi Valley for many reasons. The New one is Clean, Extremely friendly, and has a great atmosphere. The employees at the new location are about as friendly and helpful as they come. From the moment you are welcomed when you walk in the door to the moment that you leave, this is a very pleasant experience at the new location. This particular location seems like it's run by the lord of the flies. It's always dirty, the employees are too busy "messing around" and cussing casually in the backroom as if no one can hear them clearly in the dining room, they are always cleaning up at around 7pm despite closing at 10:30, and the dining room and exterior is depressing. No lights outside(pitch black) and the sign isn't even Illuminated. I've often ordered basic basic items at 8pm and they are "sold out." Meaning. They don't want to make anymore of that item because they cleaned up already. Then, they pass it off by asking if you'd like to substitute. There is no option. You already paid and they are forcing you to get items you didn't order instead of what you came for. My biggest gripe are the Seemingly wild and disinterested employees. They need an actual manager at this location that can keep these kids in check. They are ruining this restaurant with their antics and lack of respect for their service job. Every customer I observe seems unhappy with the service. So. Bye bye Lord of the Flies. If I'm going to spend my hard earned money, I prefer to be treated respectfully.
