I tried calling and got an automated machine with no options to talk to a real person. There was no way to contact the location except drive from the other side of town. Do not ever order from this location — I would rather drive to Porter Ranch or Moorpark in the future. I should have been able to speak to a manager and been compensated for this issue. The place is also not to par on cleanliness and friendly or accommodating staff.

It’s not ideal for a restaurant to have employees who don’t seem to be having a good time. I’ve worked in customer service myself, and no matter what day you’re having, you’re still representing the business as an employee. A smile goes a long way, and it’s great to be grateful for the opportunity to work!
