We are patiently waiting for our turn because she’s serving the other customer she evenly served the guy seems same age of her she even compliment the guy about the guys age. But it’s not my point, she so rude she slam the icecream freezer door the scooper she even drop our order she’s not nice like the other crew. Maybe because we are asian that’s why she treat us like that or maybe because im carrying a plastic of ginger. I hope the manager can read this. After she served us we still eat there and sit for a few minutes. Customers came and she treat them well. Im just sad and feel humiliated. I feel so sorry for my son because its our happy place because we just living across the street. I hope they gave her a lesson. Some other crew there is so nice not like her

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
