- JAJame AndyMar 8, 20261.0My son ordered a burrito when it came to choosing the meat they were all empty. He had to choose the el pastor and she literally scraped the little bits that was left. He wanted queso but they were out and the guy said they just started it. I have never seen a chipolte literally out of EVERYTHING. To top off the experoence the girl on tbe line passed the food to the store manager to ring us up. She was so rude! Didnt say a word to us looked in the bag blurted out el pastor and chips, to who im asuming was the girl on to Go, who looked confused. The girl got the hint and walked over to ring us up. Im sorry this chipolte is the worst. Sad because it is in a great location and has so much potential. They need someone that knows how to run a resturaunt.

The guy uses (one pair of gloves to make the food touch the screen and money and then goes back to make the food) I’m not one to complain but it’s so crazy how bad this place is. No joke they try to make it this bad.

- MDMelissa DesaiFeb 4, 20261.0Customer service was really bad, they didn’t even acknowledge us when we walked in or when we were sitting waiting for our food. Our online order wasn’t ready or even started until we walked in (there were no customers & they clearly weren’t busy with other things). The rice was undercooked, the steak was completely overcooked, tough, and black/burnt. If you’re really craving chipotle I would say go to the ones in TO, Moorpark, or Porter Ranch. Those have never let me down like the Simi ones have. It’s unfortunate because it would’ve been nice to have a good, reliable chipotle that was closer to home but I’d rather go to the other ones in different towns to get better quality. I know they just opened a bit ago but I’ve been to other places that have just opened, including other chipotles, and it’s never been this bad.
