  This place is awesome! I walked down from my hotel and the food is fresh and delicious and they are large servings! The burger is delicious. All using tallow. Just solid place and the guys who made it were super friendly. A++ will come anytime I’m in LA now.

  Stopped by walking home as they were getting setup and decided to give it a try. I ended up getting the Big Joe. Flavor was great. Size was perfect. Definitely going to come back and try more.

  Just tried Sloppy Buns for the first time. Absolutely delicious! Fries are lightly battered, fried crispy, and still had that potato softness inside. Being my first time, I was recommended the big joe, a combination smash burger and sloppy joe. The meat lace on the patty was exactly what you want from a smash burger. The sloppy joe meat sauce combined with the onions and pickles were a wonderful accompaniment to the patty. The bun was soft and toasted with butter. Don’t take it out of the paper wrapper, its the only thing holding it together. Everything is seasoned well, eat it as they prepare it. It needs the onions and pickles. it came with their sloppy sauce which i think is a variation on the midwest fry sauce. Portions are generous. About to try their interesting looking banana pudding. 5 out of 5 will be back!

  Stopped by random on a walk and daaaaang. Smashburger 10/10 tots 10/10 and we tried two of the puddings banana and honey peanut butter 10/10. Good stuff, def coming back.

  My family and I drove all the way from Lancaster to the Valley just to try Sloppy Buns after seeing all the 5-star reviews—and let me tell you, it absolutely lived up to the hype. Everything was amazing. The fries are cooked in tallow instead of harmful seed oils, which already sets them apart, and the burgers were made with top-quality meat. Every topping tasted fresh and high quality. You can really tell they care about what they’re serving. The service was fast, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Alex especially went above and beyond to make our first visit a great experience. We ordered a sloppy joe, four different smash burgers, and two desserts—and every single item was incredible. From the sauces to the desserts, this place is hands down the best within a 200-mile radius. If you’re even thinking about getting a smash burger, this is THE spot. Easily worth a two-hour drive. Highly recommend! 🍔🔥
