Since Pizzana's Los Angeles debut in April 2017, the restaurant from partners Candace & Charles Nelson has garnered critical and national acclaim for Master Pizzaiolo Daniele Uditi's inspired take on the Naples staple. In addition to Michelin Bib Gourmand accolades, Pizzana was recently recognized as one of the top pizzerias in the world by international guide, 50 Top Pizza. Uditi also appears as a lead judge on Hulu's "Best in Dough" pizza competition series.
Our signature slow dough is crafted in the Neapolitan tradition then fermented and proofed for two days. We use stone ground flour and San Marzano tomatoes that are grown exclusively for Pizzana in the Naples countryside. Our mozzarella, or fior di latte, is shipped fresh from Italy.
