Sloppy Buns is all about taking American comfort food to the next level, with our signature Sloppy Bun, our signature take on the classic Sloppy Joe, made from rich, flavorful Wagyu—a twist on the classic childhood favorite. From Wagyu smashburgers to loaded fries and tots and unique sauces, we’re serving quality ingredients with crave-worthy flavor in every bite. We are a Los Angeles based pop-up proudly serving Wagyu Sloppy Joes & Smashburgers, and other unique menu items like beef-tallow fried french fries & tator tots, and homemade desserts like our creamy banana pudding and freshly baked banana bread! Our Australian Wagyu is locally sourced from a local butcher shop, ensuring premium quality and taste. Our signature sandwich is the Sloppy Bun, which comes with Wagyu beef with melted American cheese on buttered and toasted buns, topped with freshly diced white onions and dill relish. One of our most popular menu items is the Big Joe, which combines our Wagyu Smashburger with a Sloppy Joe, the best of both worlds. We also use 100% beef-tallow to fry our French fries and tator tots, giving it a crispy and flavorful touch. Try one of our 3 homemade sauces; sloppy sauce, spicy ketchup, and BBQ honey mustard, to perfectly compliment your burger and fries. To satisfy your sweet tooth, we serve a couple of banana desserts. For dessert, we have homemade banana pudding and banana bread. Our banana pudding is made from fresh bananas and layers of crunchy Nila wafers. Our banana bread is baked fresh daily and made to the perfect level of sweetness, each slice topped with a light dusting of powdered sugar and a drizzle of sweet condensed milk.
