An employee (younger white male, height 5'6) cutting off customers walking in opposite direction to get to customer service desk... shows poor to no customer service. Are these the behavior(s) toward elderly groups too? During emergency..how would this look? This is very unfortunate in a upscale supermarket subsidiary. This was my overall expression of this location unlike West Hollywood.
