  The service is HORRIBLE in this location! We went there today and my husband asked the server ( short , young guy with earrings) to add extra veggies since we don’t eat meat but he didn’t , so he asked again added please at the end, my husband is always very polite, the guy rudely replied “you could say please”. So my husband just had it, this guy had an attitude from the beginning, he obviously hates his job . We ended up leaving and left the food behind. We won’t ever go back there. I think the owners of this place need to know how terrible their stuff is, the reviews speak for themselves.

  If there were an award for “Most Disinterested Staff,” the Chipotle at Westfield Fashion Center would win in a landslide. Every visit feels like walking onto the set of a workplace comedy — five employees standing around in slow motion while one poor person actually does their job. We went specifically for the limited-time red chimichurri (the entire reason for the trip), but of course — they were out. And not just tonight. This place has a special talent for being out of everything: food, utensils, enthusiasm, you name it. Sometimes the food just sits there drying out like a science experiment no one’s checked on since lunch. The energy here could best be described as “existential dread in a tortilla.” You’ll wait forever, pay full price, and leave wondering if you just witnessed performance art. If you value your time, appetite, or sanity, skip this location and find one that remembers it’s supposed to be a restaurant.

  The manager needs better professional skills. She rude and yells at customers. Stay clear away from this place until they redo management. The worker are kinda ok. They really need help with their customers service skills. They talk down to you as a customer yet if we continue to support this crap they will stay in business but we have to stand up against this wrongful treatment. We cancelled the order since they want to play games and treat us horrible with children around. I wish I could put zero stars! Customer service needs Major HELP!

  Chipotle, more like chopped-potle The service was horrendous if I could put a Zero star review, I would they gave my girlfriend raw meat and me know me that all I asked for extra and they said oh we can’t do that. There’s no more like they couldn’t cook more. and it’s a mall food court, so you would think that they would have more it was the middle of the day save your money and go somewhere else I recommend anywhere else

  There’s a tall lady Latina She is always so rude I Frequently go to this mall and this chipotle and every single time this lady is there she’s absolutely rude to everyone customers and employees. Today I witness how she was mad dogging a customer just because he complain about something being in his daughters food. That is no way to treat customers and it’s every single time she’s there. I’ve noticed that she’s so rude. Will not be eating there anymore. (She’s a tall light skin lady with dark hair)
