From the moment I walked in, Brinley welcomed me with the warmest smile and asked how my day was going, instantly setting the tone for what turned out to be the best CAVA experience I’ve ever had. CAVA can sometimes feel hectic, and I’ve definitely had moments where I felt rushed through the line, but last night was a true gem. Brinley was friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She gave generous portions (no skimping cough cough Chipotle lol) and took the time to describe the new white sweet potatoes, thoughtfully comparing them to the roasted veggies I usually order. When we reached the toppings, she explained the new items with genuine enthusiasm and didn’t judge or seem annoyed when I wanted a little bit of everything. And yes, for anyone thinking my bowl looks like “too much”, I promise….Iasked her to drown it, and she absolutely delivered. The topping bar was loaded and fresh, my bowl was perfectly sauced, and it genuinely tasted better than any CAVA bowl I’ve had before! I’ve been to this location dozens of times since it opened, and I have never walked away as happy as I did after being helped by Brinley. This experience was a reminder of how much of a difference it makes when employees are happy to be there and truly care about the customer experience. Thank you, Brinley, for the positive energy and outstanding service and thank you, CAVA. I’ll definitely be back soon!
