  Zero stars. What a disaster of a neglected space. Walked in, saw how many tables were dirty with people’s food trash and it was clear that the tables had been dirty for hours and hours. It’s as if, they didn’t hire any staff to clean the tables for the last 5 hours??? Walked out immediately. I’m not spending a penny in a restaurant full of tables full of discarded chicken bones standing out drawing flies, ants and rats. Management (if there are any) should be embarrassed and corporate needs to make changes if they want to stay in business. I wish I could award negative stars.

  El peor servicio tuvimos 45 min esperando jamás nos atendieron y después q nos atienden les dieron a las demás mesas y nosotros una hora y media para comer unas alitas nunka mas búfalo

  Me siento muy decepcionado de la atención que me brindó la encargada de la barra el día 03/19/2026 en horas de 10:30 pm en adelante, nunca nadie me había discrimado por ser gay, o negarme el acceso a comprar alimentos y bebidas al grado de decirme vete del establecimiento como lo hizo ella. Debo admitir la manager fue muy profesional y educada, pero la persona encagarda /mesera bartender de la barra me discrimino horriblemente, soy cliente frecuente de este establecimiento jamás nadie me había tratado de esa forma, es vergonzoso que permitan que la atención al cliente se dé esa forma y simplemente quede así con un mal sabor de boca y recibiendo el insulto de la humillación de que te corran de un establecimiento del cual eres cliente y no has hecho nada para que lo hagan como lo hizo esa mujer, todo por ser gay ? Que triste.

  I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the service my friend and I received on February 23, 2026, at approximately 11:20 a.m. Upon being seated, we noticed that the dining area felt quite cold. There was a window beside our table with blinds drawn, and we hoped that allowing some sunlight in might make the space more comfortable. Since we were unfamiliar with how to operate the blinds, we waited for our waitress to return so we could politely ask for assistance. When she approached, I asked if it would be possible to open the blinds. She responded “yeah,” but then simply stood there without offering any assistance. It appeared as though she expected us to manage it ourselves. My friend attempted to adjust the blinds but was unable to figure out how they worked. I then asked the waitress if she could please help us open them. She responded, “No — if she couldn’t do it, then how could I?” We found this response to be dismissive and unprofessional. Rather than offering assistance or explaining the mechanism, the waitress’s tone and demeanor conveyed irritation and unwillingness to help. As paying customers, we did not feel comfortable or welcomed after that interaction. Due to the attitude we experienced, we chose to leave shortly after being seated. It was disappointing to encounter such a lack of basic courtesy and customer service. We hope this feedback is taken seriously so future guests do not have a similar experience. Whoever she was really needs a reality check and realize if you work in customer service, especially regarding food, you should be more hospitable. I wouldn’t trust eating anything she would bring to me.
