  I ordered oatmeal this am. I got plain oatmeal. No apples. Maple. Nothing. I called the store the Mgr. Was extremely rude! Saying they were out. If your out at least tell the customer!! If I wanted plain oatmeal I could of had quaker!..this store has gone so downhill! Really need new mgmt....

  Honestly, I’m not sure if there’s been a change in staff Or what but this location has really gone downhill in terms of speed, efficiency, and quality of food. I usually go and get my breakfast on Sundays before work, but I haven’t for a while due to having to leave the line multiple times because it’s just taken way too long and this is even after I’ve ordered ahead and paid. I just get a sandwich meal that’s it. I’ve tried to wave down the people inside when I’m at the window to let them know that I have to leave because I am late to work and I can’t reach anybody. But then when I have called the store they pick up immediately so I’m not sure if they’re just hiding from the window or what. They’ve messed up my orders so many times and the wait time is just ridiculous at this point. I live four minutes away from this McDonald’s. It’s always been my favorite one, not only because of the speed of service and the quality of food, but also the quality of the employees and their customer service. Unfortunately, I’m rethinking that and I’m just not going to come here as often and when I do as I just have to go and plan to be waiting for around 20-30 minutes because that just seems to be the average way time for breakfast in the morning even when there’s only one or two cars in line. They didn’t even give me a receipt or else I would’ve just left a normal review but I guess it’s probably good to let people know because we’re in a small town and there really isn’t anything else to get for breakfast here. I hope that if it is due to new staffing that they get better trained and become more efficient and all around friendlier.

  Didn’t get our order right and changed it to take out even though we asked to eat inside.

  We went there to get gas but got in through the wrong entrance. There is no sign to the gas station. There is an entrance to the gas station from the main road though which was not obvious for out of area drivers. We got great price $3.44 while the average price around the area is $4.29 for regular gas!
