  I didn’t want to get on here and say how the Shafter McDonald’s has rude workers with poor customer service. It’s not the first time they do this to me. Yet I keep going back because my children like the food. They don’t greet at the window, they hand you the food irritated no smile. One manger got in my face for telling her how rude they. I go spend money for poor customer service. Seriously they need to hire people who actually have great customer service. For those of you that hate your job you should just quit. We all are going through something, but the customer don’t need to see your unhappy with your job.

  Waited for 20 mins in curbside and never got my food, went inside and they said the power was out and that they were closed, it would have been nice to know before I wasted my lunch in the parking lot.

  Shafter McDonald’s should be ashamed of their food and service!! Decided to drive through for a quick meal to take home after getting released from the hospital, oh did I say quick, I ordered in the app we were about the 6th car back 45 minutes later we got our food they were oblivious of the havoc and the customers angry and some who drive away if the could get out of the line! I will never go back again,

  We had a call in order, and from the time we got in the drive thru it took 45min. The line was out to the street. When we finally got our food it was cold inside the bag. This is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. I have lived in this are for years and this place never changes. I won’t be back .
