My daughter had a national anthem with her choir group to see at the football game for Fowler high School and I decided that I was going to go let her be with her friends while I went and got something to eat. I have not eaten Taco Bell in 25 years and I had decided to get something to eat I got a Dr pepper I got a world or some sauce and something else I don't remember but I worked for Taco Bell 25 years ago and Visalia as a shift manager and this food was amazing!! As a retired shift manager I can say that the service was great the atmosphere was nice the amount of time waiting to be served was very minimal. I enjoyed all of my food I will be coming back again.

The manager was extremely rude we ended up leaving. We ordered breakfast with an employee who was obviously new so she was slower, it was prior to 11:00 and the menu was still up. There was a cash register issue and it ended up going past 11:00 the manager told my Mom breakfast couldn't be ordered anymore and we had to order something else. My mom is older has bad hearing and is cognitively slower so she asked her again that we couldn't get our order? and the disgusting look and tone she used with my mom was completely unacceptable. Also, how she was talking to the employee was extremely rude as well.

In keeping with the long standing tradition in this valley of ff restaurants never having signature ingredients for their menu items, the Franks Red Hot Diablo sauce chicken soft taco came without the Frank's Red Hot Diablo sauce. Both of my chicken soft tacos came with enough chicken to cover less than half the tortilla, giving me the option to have one chicken soft taco that actually had chicken in it. I guess the 30 sauce packets we were given was supposed to make up for that, plus the onions I specifically asked not be included with my order. The cashier was also very rude and condescending. I can't say I blame her.
