I proceeded to show her the email since she didn’t believe me and still was very rude. I understand they had a line and were under staff but that it’s a reason to make everyone with an online order have to wait.

The first person said I couldn’t cancel the sandwich because it was made and ready to pick up and hung up on me. I called back after she hung up on me. Second person very rude person told me couldn’t do nothing about it. I recommend no one to come to this subway 👎🏻 very poor.
