This review is based off of my experience yesterday for the magnet drop. I got there right at 3 and there was a line, which I expected but it was very unorganized and there were two separate lines for some reason until they fixed the way the line formed and made everyone make one line except for a few cars in the second line that had paid already which again, I wasn’t upset about any of that though. I got to the window and I heard the girl at the window tell the car in front of me they were out of magnets which again, I wasn’t upset just a little bummed until I got to the window and overheard the girl at the window ask the girl next to her “do we still have magnets” and the other girl responded with “yeah we do but I don’t want to hand them out anymore. We’ll hand them out at the end of the night” when there were people, including me, who had been waiting for TWO hours. So the girl at the window saw me looking at them, gave me my drink very quickly and then said “have a good night” in a rushing manner as if she didn’t want me to confront them about what I had just heard. I would have left if my order hadn’t been taken about an hour before I even got to the window because I didn’t want to just waste 9$ on a drink i actually wanted. Also, they let a car cut the whole line for some reason even though every other car that got into the wrong line was redirected to the end of the line.

I was very disappointed with my recent visit. I waited for almost two hours, yet multiple customers who arrived after me were served before I was. During this time, the store also ran out of car magnets. What made it more frustrating was seeing other customers receive up to ten magnets each while I was told they were “first come, first served,” despite the fact that I had been waiting the entire time.
After the long delay, I was asked if I still wanted my drinks, which felt dismissive considering how long I had already been waiting. I would have been patient if the process had been fair and organized, but unfortunately that was not the case. I hope the store can improve how they manage lines and limited promotional items to ensure customers are treated consistently and respectfully. Safe to say by the way they handled this I won’t be going to Dutch anytime soon which sucks because that was my regular spot

Went in today 11/5 at 8:50am, this man in the window handing out drinks needs to be replaced. He is rude no manners. I get it everyone has bad days but if you work in customer service you shouldn't be rude to your clients. Especially at dutch everyone is so cheerful 😊 or at least they say good morning or hope you have a nice day. I told this rude man good morning and nothing 😒 I told him hope you have a good day and nothing he was way too worry about his co worker private life. At this day and age is like why is it so hard to be kind. Just food for though. Ill go to fresno dutch instead. Thanks for ruining my morning
