We ordered the chips and queso and the queso was so cold that it was still mostly a solid blob of 'cheese'. If you've ever eaten queso in your life you know it should be heated to a more liquid state and at least WARM, ideally, a little hot. We both agreed to it was too cold to even coat a chip so we went up back up and asked if they could reheat it. The manager then came out with the world's most pithy thermometer and told us it was at store mandated temperature. Rather than be Karen's and ask for some refund we both agreed Chipotle quality and service continues it's downward spiral. I hadn't eaten at one in 7 years before this...and it will probably another 7 if there are still even around with how insane the prices are.
