  We had a pretty good experience. The steak and shrimp entree was very yummy and cooked well with the rice and vegetables! Edamame was also really good. The sushi was not prepared well, too big and the rice was falling apart. The salad was okay but the dressing was too sweet. And all the food was served to us within 5 minutes. It should have been spaced out better.

  Sorry. Had dinner there and it did not live up to the previous reviews. Had the steak and shrimp combo dinner. Steak seemed a bit cold. Shrimp was very good. Salad was downing in dressing. I feel for places like this, because at this price point and location, it's got to be hard to do business. Wife had some sushi rolls. The sushi is better across the street at Sushi-Time. Hibachi is better at Sapporo (Benihana clone) over by the pier, for roughly the same price point. If you don't want the show of Sapporo, then this is acceptable. Place was empty on a Monday night at 6pm. Bill for 2 was +$75 plus tip. Didn't have any alcohol beverages. May be better for lunch, but still pricy for the whole package. At $50-$60 pre tip, can make sense. Not at current price points for dinner. There are better options, IMHO.

  I rated this three stars not because the food wasn't good or the service was poor. Both are more than adequate. The meal I like costs $26. This is for white rice, not a large amount of vegetables, and tofu. Is is too much. I went there quite often before the prices were raised but frequent them a lot less now. Also, at times the vegetables have a slightly bitter taste which is very off-putting. It could be a lack of freshness. Finally, the people who work there have been wonderful to me, in spite of busy crowds at times. They have gone out of their way to help me. Thank you.
