Midday on a Friday I ordered a sandwich and a salad. After waiting 40 minutes with no change on the app tracker, I called and was told there was a hour wait so I could expect another 20 minutes before the delivery arrives. I don’t blame the workers, but if I knew about the long wait I would’ve rethought the purchase.

They apparently were in the middle of a conversation when I walked in to pick up our pizza, and while they paused long enough to ask my name and told me how much I owed them, they jumped right back into thier convetsation which included using curse words in front of the customer. I am glad to know that the staff are visiting with each other while they work, but would recommend they pause thier conversations and definitely refrain from cursing when customers are in the store .
