  I asked the manager for access to the restroom. She pointed at a clerk that was helping in the Drive-Thru. What she said to me was not audible, and she also wasn't welcoming. I understand how busy one can be when working in fast food. But being cordial should never be missed. Maybe it has to do with the restaurant I worked at which was In N Out and they taught us a lot with regards to customer service. But basic human skill like courtesy, smiling and assisting the customer should never be missed. She wasn't working. She wasn't making any food. She was leaning on the counter in the back, when she could have walked and opened the door for me. The clerk she pointed to was assisting in the Drive-Thru and walk-in customers as well. She could have been a team player and show leadership and hopped on it and brought me the key to go to the bathroom. Rather than do so, she put that responsibility on the clerk who was already multitasking. There were two managers present. She was one of them and she appeared to be in her forties. I did manage to hear her speak to another co-worker I'm Spanish. She spoke clearly to that co-worker, but chose not to speak clearly to me.

  I said I wasn't going to come to this Taco Bell anymore because every time I come here and order a Taco Supreme, the shells fall apart. I have to eat the taco as if it were a pizza. Not cool. Do better with your taco shells.
