  don’t believe the lies, scotts valley chipotle is fire…at least the crew who made my chipotle at 5:30 on a thursday was. 10/10 - order in person and you’ll get what you want. the three man crew was holding in down! now if you want to experience a truly bad chiptole…(los gatos)

  Terrible experience. Went in to order my usual lunch, was left feeling entirely short changed. I ordered a taco in a bowl as to not make a mess while I eat on the road, I came in at 2 pm and the employee made sure to 1. make up a rule that that was unacceptable to say no tacos in a bowl.(never in my 13 years of loyalty have I been told no to such a minor request), then I was left with 5 pieces of chicken, when I asked for more I was told the classic “that will be extra”, I said no thank you as "extra“ costs more then the taco itself. After all of this I was charged for a steak taco when I looked at the receipt. I looked up over the counter, and what do you know! The same server who helped me is making himself a super sized bowl ( starting to click why I didn’t get much of anything on my taco…)

  I just stood in a line of customers for 5 minutes without an employee looking at any of us. I walked away to go eat somewhere where service to customers is part of the game plan.

  Service was great. Both the staff members were kind, and I got my food quick. Portions look great too. The bad reviews sound more like entitlement.

  Can’t believe they still have business. First time here. I was in my car. My husband went to buy lunch. So I have no idea about the service, my hubby is not picky. But the food is disgusting. Every single piece of steak, you can chew on it forever. I doubt it is real meat! And the rice in the bowl was just thin layer, barely cover the bottom of the bowl. The worst Chipotle ever in my life.
