Starbucks kiosk is gone, shelf stocking is awful, outdated food items, the whole row of cream cheese in the cooler expired 2/27/26 over a month ago! Very disappointing. Check expiration dates if you do shop there.

I was harassed by an aggressive man from Palmdale who was in the store only to use the Pokémon vending machine. He called me the “B” word and used many other offensive words when I wasn’t even talking to him. Naturally, I got upset and responded verbally. A female manager came out and shouted, asking what was going on. I explained that the man had harassed me, but she carelessly replied, “Well, call the police then, but get out and do it!” I was extremely frustrated and yelled at the man, but she told me that was enough and called me childish. I couldn’t understand her response—what if someone had called her the same offensive words? She didn’t try to understand what happened to me only because I’m a woman or find out what really happened. All the other managers at this store are very nice, but this particular manager seemed mean and lacked empathy. I have talked to some people who shop your store about that man and they said he is always being aggressive and that’s how I found out he is from Palmdale, not even from Santa Clarita area. I felt harassed in the store and was shocked that she wasn’t willing to properly address the situation when I explained what had happened. She is just terrible!
