For the THIRD time I have asked to get my deli meat cut 'very thin' one time the woman behind the counter blatantly lied and told me she wasn't able to cut the meats to what they show right on the deli display. The Vons on Lyons has no problem doing this as well so after the THIRD time of being lied to I will not be shopping at this location again.

The employee helping me came out behind the meat counter to show me where they were but neither of us could find themt in two separate locations. He also offered to check stock in the back of the store but returned saying he could not find any. He also mentioned I could call and see if any were received in today's shipment. I continued my shopping and was so surprised when this same gentlemen tracked me down in the store as he had actually found them in the fish freezer and brought one to me! Outstanding service from this employee. He is a fine example of true customer service!
