HE TOOK MY WORD and gave. me a refund of the additional discount. The TRUST and grace he showed reconfirmed the management at this store is awesome. ----- Nice store with friendly staff. Lady at the flowers section is very friendly and nicely wrapped a small bouquet - even though it only costs $5. Today, assistant manager Juan was awesome in helping me fix a mistake my 89 year old mom made - return without a receipt - thank you Juan! I saw the agent at the customer service counter very nicely and generously handle a customer who returned a tiny amount of deli salad - without a complete label on the box.

When they do have donuts its like they are over fried and have sat in the oil too long, there just really greasy and not fluffy at all. Also, half the time the self checkouts are open in the am and the other half they're not. Bummer, just moved to the area and the safeway I used to have near me was awesome. But this one seems to be understocked with allot of items i go in looking for. The only redeeming quality is that the employees are the nicest people ever.
