This Taco Bell, like most others, has gone down in quality and up in price. It used to be the cheap option with tasty food. The only reason I dont give them one star is because they have not messed up my order, yet. The $6 cheesey gordita always has raw dough, the crunchy tacos are filled with air and are broken, and the crunch wrap supreme seems to be on GLP1s. When you bite into the crunch wrap, there is the smallest sliver of meat and veggies, but it is super heavy on the sourcream. I miss a good taco bell, unortunantly, this is not it.

I'm very lucky to live next to this taco bell because vivian , a manager here, is one of the most friendliest people you could meet. She loves her job and runs a very happy and welcoming team. I commend her job and personality. MR.BEAN

Went drive thru and got a box, the tacos had something like a piece of clothing thread ! I will add pictures later, but was disgusting! Threw everything to the trash...

I ordered 3 items. And you gave me 4 hot sauces. SERIOUSLY!!!!! Do I have to specify how many. Like it’s common sense.

We have dined in at this location three separate times recently, and each visit has resulted in a wait of over 20 minutes for our food. Tonight, we arrived at 6:16 PM and did not receive our order until 6:43 PM.
When we asked to speak with a manager about this recurring issue, she was completely dismissive and did not offer so much as an apology. She simply stated she would “talk to them,” which did not address the ongoing problem or our concerns.
During the 30 minutes we were waiting, we also observed several customers returning due to incorrect drive-thru orders.
The consistent delays, lack of accountability, and unfriendly, dismissive service are unacceptable. We hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve both efficiency and customer service.
