Please make sure to have enough coverage to have Associte help with opening the luck up cases or at least radios so they can respond to the call. Boost the hours to have better customer service.

She got upset with the customer ahead of them and just blurted it out on my family. I worked in retail before. But never did anything like that. I hope management does something about this. Will be writing to corporate as well. Not a good example of customer service. We are a regular customer of vons and never experienced anything like this.

Start waiting, and I see someone who looks to be management coming up. I ask if they can open another lane as they have a huge line into the aisle (like always). He ignores me, walks a few feet away to a cashier with out his light on, and says "He's free". Cashier says "I'm suppose to go on lunch", "Not anymore" replies the manager over his shoulder (found out his name is Nick). That level of disrespect coming from a member of management is unreal, both to me and their employee. Like he knows that he is inconveniencing his employee and customer and just doesn't give a shit. This is the only Vons I have even been to where they consistently have only 1 cashier on till, regardless of it being busy or the cashier having a line going into the aisles with 5 plus carts and I always have to ask for another lane to be opened. I am always polite with the cashiers because I know this is a management being cheap with payroll issue and not their fault, but I'm going to keep asking for cashier assistance when the store overworks their one to do the job of three and forces their customers to either wait 20 minutes to checkout or check yourself out. If the store is going to force me to be a Karen in order to get a decent level of service from Management, then so be it.

The woman there was on the phone and I was just standing there looking at her and we made eye contact, she still just continued her convo and started to walk away. As she was walking away she asked “do you need something?” Like I’m ruining her night lol. The person who did the return was also giving the vibe that they hate their life and I am the biggest inconvenience. I just wanted to return the expired salsa you had on your self.
