Foods cold, extras paid for but missing the sauce requested multiple times wrong or missing. Tonight i got a beefy five layer with no meat and the taco my bf got in his lux box was extremely stale. This place needs to do better from another service worker you guys are awful.

The customer service increases the quality of the experience and increase return customers . So for myself I would just have to go somewhere else and there's many other eateries close and delicious with better quality customer service
