  Two workers cooking , no one watching the counter. 10 min to take our order and 30 min for them to make the food and call our number. 40 min later we were eating typically tacobell food. I guess they dont understand the meaning of fast in the title fast food.

  Customer service severely lacking. I will never visit this Taco Bell again!!! Three days ago I bought a bean burrito and nachos with cheese. When I got home there was no cheese in the bag. I called Taco Bell and a man told me he was sorry and that he would put my name down to get nachos with cheese at no charge. I went there today approximately 2:30 and when I explained the situation to the girl at the drive up window she asked if I had the receipt. I told her the guy didn't ask me to bring the receipt only to tell them my name. The girl acted very rude like I was lying. She did ask her female manager and she checked some sort of book and tokd the girl my name was not in the book so I couldn't get the nachos and cheese. I asked to speak to the manager and the girl said I had to go inside. I went inside and explained the situation and the manager looked at me with an attitude like I was a lying theif. I told her I would never come to this Taco Bell again. She walked away before I could even say that to her. She acted like as a customer I did not matter. So I told her she had zero customer service skills and that goes for the rude girl at the drive up window. I am frustrated because this is about the 3rd or 4th time I have had missing food that I ordered in the bag!!! Taco Bell shame, shame on you. You should make sure your employees have good customer service skills and correct pleasing body and facial reactions!!!
