  I come in here all the time, today was different. It was a different lady than usual she had an attitude and was tossing/very aggressively making me and my finances food. Didn’t even greet us when we walked in just kept making her doordash order and didn’t even look at or acknowledge us. After she got done she finally said “what do you want” which was rude. Soon as we were leaving the door dasher comes inside and she greets them with a smile. Very disappointing I wish everybody could treat everybody the same regardless if they are having a bad day or not

  Every subway in Santa Rosa closes AT LEAST 30min early. The franchise owner clearly isn't a functional business owner so I wouldn't trust anything from any of these subways.

  Show up 40 minutes before close to unlocked door and lit "open" sign just to get dismissed and told they are closed. Employees dont want to work.

  Not sure how a 6 inch “4.99” sub of the day totaled out to 8$ while they allowed a homeless person to camp out in there.

  Friendly but really slow
