  I have to say I ordered food today. Expected somewhat of a difference, but still horrible taste it felt like i was eating more mayo then the burger. I’ve been here many times met many of their employees with questionable service. but there is one employee who always makes me feel like I’m eating at a sonic when he works. His service is just like at a sonic you would expect. I feel like Sebastian has the best customer service out of everyone there, He’s underpaid I feel like, He works hard and I really only have a good time at sonic when one specific worker is there. Otherwise save your money guys don’t come here!!

  My family and I went around 9 pm for dessert. We got sonic blasts they were really good. However when we pulled up I was trying to order in the parking space kiosk and the screen wasn’t turning on but the speaker was working. When I tried to go inside to order, the door was locked but there was no business hours posted anywhere. Some employees were sitting at the table just staring at me trying to open the door. It is bad customer service to just watch a customer try to come in and order. The least you could do is come to the door and tell me you’re closed which they were not. The big lady was just sitting there watching me and smirking and I felt was being ignored on purpose. The guy took a while to take our order but I understand since it was busy. But the other employees were just sitting at the table watching him work. Overall all it took about 20 minutes just to get ice cream. It’s safe to say I won’t be back here. Bad service overall. That’s why you only have 3 stars. Do better 😂😂

  Went to this location today and it was a mess. Pulled up to stall 4 and pressed the button to order. Waited a few minutes with no response and noticed the screen reverted back to start over. Pressed the button again and waited several more minutes with no response and the screen again reverted back to start over. Thinking there was an issue with that stall we moved the car to stall 3 and started over. Same thing happened. We'd been there for at least 5 minutes with no response despite pressing the button several times. Finally decided to place our order online and we checked in saying we were in stall 3. The system online said the order would be ready at 2:41p and the screen in the stall changed to show they were working on our order with my name. Sat for another 10+ minutes and finally a male voice came on, acting like he was ready to take our order. Let him know we were waiting on an online order (which he should know since the screen in frontof us knew). He said they had it ready and would be out shortly. Sat and waited another 10 minutes before our food finally came. Gave them a lot of grace, but this was ridiculous.
