- KKKris2005Aug 12, 20251.0I manage a restaurant, so I absolutely understand that mistakes happen, and I'll tolerate a lot. This place, however, goes far beyond simply making mistakes and is just completely apathetic. This location is apparently incapable of correctly packing an online order. They've never once managed to get an order correct for me. There are literally always missing or incorrect items, and there's never a manager on duty to speak with. Basically, their entire afternoon staff need to be replaced with people who actually pay attention. Today, I was missing my drinks. Yesterday, I only got half a sandwich. Order from the location on Stony Point or on Yulupa; this one isn't worth your business. Would rate zero stars if I could.
