The produce section is the saving grace for this store. Fresh and tasty but certainly pricey.

Since they have decided to rearrange this store's isles it is such a pain in the rear to shop that I will go elsewhere. Shopping used to be pretty quick because you knew where everything was. Now I have to hunt for stuff and weave my way through isles that are jam packed with displays and racks full of stuff waiting to go on shelves. There is barely room for shoppers walking in opposite directions to pass each other. The management team for this store is extremely lacking.

Worst Safeway in Santa Rosa. One check stand open at 5pm on a regular basis.

I understand that stores now have to lock up items, but when your button to alert staff doesn't work, maybe let your customers know so they don't stand there and wait. The lady Lorena who had the key walked past me twice saw me standing there, I went and asked for assistance and her attitude was terrible. I know it's not her fault they are locked up which I said to her and she still closed the door aggressively. I was halfway down the isle when I heard the door slam, asked her her name and she points to her name tag. I work in customer service and I would never treat someone that way. Work on treating people who are spending money at your place of buisness with respect. I gave 3 stars because the cashier was kind they most usually are, and the only other bad part of shopping there is waiting for help at the meat counter at certain times of the day.
