My dad shops at your store after visiting my mom at Primrose Alzheimer's center next door to you nearly 6 days a week..a few weeks ago probably around January 17th he told me a male cashier was very sick with a cold and sneezed on him..next thing you know my dad was sick two days later and infected my entire household including myself. I am sitting here with a terrible cold now thanks to your sick cashier..I am wondering why this locations management did not have the wisdom to send home this very sick employee? Your management needs to send home their sick employees!!! This has terribly damaged the last few weeks of my life. My entire household is sick due to your carelessness.. now I have a second complaint from today's date January 31st 2026. My dad picked up some items for me there today at the Marlow road location and one of your baggers bagged two fabric sheet boxes with three Powerades. The Powerades stank of the pungent Bounce fabric sheets and I had to pour all three of them down the sink wasting about $12. Your baggers are careless enough to pack cleaning supplies and laundry supplies with food and drinks like they really don't care. You need to tell your baggers to carefully avoid this type of issue and pack cleaning supplies and laundry supplies and food and drink separately. Now we are out $12 and I don't have my Powerades.
