I’ve been to hundreds of Safeways and this is the only one who has no back up and just lets their customers suffer. Maybe the managers are too lazy to cover the 30 minute lunch break or something but it happens every single day and there is never a set time when they are taking these breaks so it’s hard to even trust that. ALWAYS CALL this Safeway before hand and ask if the staff is on break before you come to this Safeway or you will inconvenience yourself

You need to have more than 1 person trained for this job. That is ridiculous. Second, it was 8:30am and no one was at the deli counter and I waited more than 5 minutes and no one showed up. Some of your employees walked by and completely ignored me. This is not the first time I've had this problem in your store. If you don't want to staff you deli counter then close it.
