  Safeway is one of the most comfortable grocery stores to buy fresh food. Their product quality is excellent and the staff is always attentive and respectful. The produce, meat, and bakery sections are very well maintained. Shopping here is quick, simple, and pleasant. I always leave satisfied with what I find.

  I was a customer here for years and had the worst possible experience with one of their security guards. He must have had me confused with someone else. I had been a paying customer there an hour before hand and he said something extremely rude to me for absolutely no reason. That was the first time that had ever occured in my life and I was incredibly shocked. I will not be coming back to this location.

  This review is strictly for the pharmacy experience I just had. I checked in 10 minutes early for my appointment. I could tell by the interactions with the patrons before me in line that, at that time, the pharmacist seemed to be in a decent mood (unlike the previous pharmacy trip I experienced where the same pharmacist seemed irritable, short and curt, but that's in the past). So I'm hopeful about this a.m., although I had been inexplicably nervous about this vaccine for several days, for some reason. The pharmacist finishes with the previous two parties before me and addresses myself and the other couple waiting for their turns that he'll be with us momentarily. After about 6-7 minutes, maybe even longer, we start to hear pretty heated argument coming from the pharmacy area wherein he disappeared. And it's not playful banter-arguing, it's full-out angry arguing between co-workers (I can only assume he and the woman pharmacist who checked me into my appointment). The argument CONTINUES AS HE EXITS THE FRONT DESK area as he slams the door behind him and continues through to the vaccine room, passing through the waiting room where we are waiting. It's so alarming and unbelievable the woman sitting next to me looks over at me incredulously and alarmed. A few moments later the pharmacist calls me in for my vaxx, and the tone in his voice is irritable and not in any mood to be dealing with customers. We confirm my vaccine and my name, and then he begins flicking the syringe to clear the liquid of bubbles. He apologizes after a few moments and mentions he can't seem to get the bubble out (which from what I've assumed is a HUGE deal when it comes to vaccine safety). I semi-jokingly tell him "take as much time as you need" ha ha, (but also, seriously TAKE ALL THE TIME YOU NEED.) His response is "I don't have a lot of time." Deadpan. No kidding behind his message. For a semi-hypochondriac that was nervous about this appointment to begin with, who was trying to think of any excuse to get out of following through with it, this was the absolute WRONG answer from a medical professional. This was not in any way a professional exchange and was not appreciated. From his audibly loud arguing with coworker(s) in front of waiting customers, to a complete inability to assuage my nervous fears, I will not be returning to this pharmacy. Workplace drama is expected but should NEVER be in full display in front of customers, nor affect the customers' experiences. Especially in a medical setting where the workplace standards should be held MUCH higher. I truly hope this issue is addressed and fixed ASAP.

  Today I met a very understanding and fabulous employee! Logan was super nice and very helpful with all my questions. Definitely recommend this store for such helpful staff!
