  I've been to NY Pie many times and find the food excellent! The service is also excellent! Wilson one of the managers remembers me by name and treats me like "part of the family". David who waited on me this evening was also very friendly, acommodating and eager to make me feel at home. I highly recommend this venue if you enjoy good pizza and service.

  Had one great staff member who welcomed us in and helped with most of our order. However there was a larger more stern fellow who didn't allow us to wait at the front and rudley told us to seat ourselves first. My order was also also taken incorrectly and I had to fix it after that fact due to their error. prices at a bit high and the wait as well. personally not my first choice. The atmosphere was quite a bit noisy as well my food was given cold.

  This is my favorite New York style pizza in Santa Rosa hands down. It's miles better than the previous owners and I think it's even gotten better over time as the new owners have gotten things dialed in.

  This place delivers on every level. The pizza tastes excellent with a crust that has great bite and flavor. The sauce comes through fresh and well balanced. The cinnamon knots stand out as a must order dessert. Soft, warm, and full of flavor. The beer list features a strong lineup of local options on tap and in bottles. Service moves quickly and the staff stays welcoming. I had a chance to talk with the new owner who recently took over this location. He renovated the space, updated the menu, and reworked the crust recipe. The improvements show. Late hours also set this place apart in Santa Rosa. I plan to return again soon.
