    Ordered for mobile pick up through the drive-through and received cold overpriced “food”, they gave me the wrong sauces for my chicken nuggets, and gave me absolutely no napkins. Total disappointment. I regret spending my money with this company.

    We order our food at 3:30 pm and didn’t get it till 4:20 pm while everyone else got served there food after placing an order after us.

    I said no pickles they added pickles I got a meal they forgot my fries not only my fries but also the fries that came with the 40 nuggets so sorry kids no fries. This isn’t the first time they mess up but I feel like it’s been enough times to stop coming here. I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by ordering ahead this time but ended up losing $20 and I didn’t get to eat, as a type one diabetic forgetting a portion of my food is a serious matter for me. Shame on them. Do better.

    Can’t really complain about the food, it’s good, but this place is notorious for forgetting items of your order. The kiosks are also laggy sometimes and wont even let you order items. Paying with cash is also a hassle since no one is ever at the cash register. On top of that getting your food takes forever, I went in to get 2 plain sundaes and a 10 piece to go and it took over 30 minutes. The employees and manager specifically are really nice though!
