I also suspect that this place cancels mobile orders for their convenience, and customer inconvenience. Orders get cancelled with no real reason given. "Mobile Order Cancelation Receipt We canceled your order - looks like it hit a snag along the way. You may see a pending charge on your card which typically drops from your account the next business day but could take up to 5 business days based on your bank. If you do not see the pending charge removed from your account after 5 business days, please contact your bank. And no worries! Any deals, reward items or bonus offers applied to this order will be reapplied to your McDonald's app for you to redeem on your next pickup or McDelivery® order, based on availability." So you get nothing and also get to wait up to 5 days for the charge to your card to be reimbursed. How come this happens frequently at this location? Are employees looking at orders coming in and cancelling some of them?
