The lady at the counter (wish I got her name) was so sweet. She happily said she could do that. When my daughter’s smoothie was ready, she said she upgraded her to a medium as a birthday treat. I hope this doesn’t get her in trouble but my daughter was sooo happy to get a little something extra for her special day. So thank you to the sweet young lady who did a little something extra to make my kiddo smile.

This morning I visited again & of them was working & I had let her know I was there to pick up my online order. No hello, good morning, nothing.. I had to initiate the conversation & all she said was “name?”, grabbed my drink from the fridge, & rudely handed it to me. I wish juice shack was still open because the drinks & staff were 100% better. If you don’t like to work a customer service job then find a new job.
