I get that people have bad work days but you do not have to be talking to me making me look slow because I know what I’m ordering and what I’m doing. And yes if I were to give you attitude then I would 100% understand you giving me attitude but I was very nice and put up with your rudeness. You’re there to make my order with a good attitude if you don’t like your job don’t take it out on the customers that are nice!

I had came in and asked for my usual order but the girl with the glasses taking my order at the front had the most nasty attitude ever. I know customer service can be difficult trust me I work in customer service as well but you should never reflect it on customers that are spending money at your location. Please do better dutch bro’s.

If she doesn’t like her job, maybe she should look for something else. So much for having a “daily goal chart” when you work with people like her. I took a snap of the “Hopper goal chart.” To see what it said. Didn’t know she was going to turn around then. Mind you he want even part of it shot, since I zoomed in. She said “are taking a picture, are you! Putting half of her body out by the window. I said not of you anyways. She rolled her eyes and said “whatever what do you want”. Here’s the snap of what I got. She’s clearly not part of that goals. 😅 she’s always in a bitchy attitude. Avoiding that location now, driving back to the original site on Mendocino and Pacific. I miss the other people that work at Hopper the nice baristas 🤣.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
